Shipping policy

  1. Please allow 12-14 business days for tracking and shipment to be issued, this does NOT include weekends or holidays. Orders pay be shipped earlier that stated time frame but not guaranteed.  NOTE: Shipping may vary due to holidays or busy times of the year. 
  2. Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery after order has been shipped.
  3. Any tracking issues with our package you MUST contact carrier for information. Once package is dropped off at the carriers location for shipping, we are no longer liable. We can only see the same tracking status as you
  4. We are NOT liable for stolen or lost packages. Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order. You will be required to pay additional shipping charges if item is returned due to wrong address.
